Paradise Vacations LLC. Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation Policies
A deposit is required to reserve your trip. Your package and rates are not guaranteed until your deposit is made. The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay the invoice balance prior to 30 days before check-in will result in a cancellation of your trip and forfeit of monies paid. Upon payment you agree to all policies of Paradise Vacations LLC. herein known as “PV” and/or its affiliates and providers, and to all the terms and conditions specified in this document.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before the day of check-in, “PV” charges a cancellation fee of $500 dollars. No refund is issued less than 60 days before check-in. Boat deposits are non-refundable. Your package cannot be downgraded less than 60 days before check-in. Failure to pay the invoice balance prior to 30 days before check-in will result in a cancellation of your trip and forfeit of monies paid. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Paradise Vacations LLC at: [email protected] or by mail to: 8001 Sheldon Rd. Ste. 202, Tampa, FL 33615. Payments of credit cards cannot be reversed or voided and you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback to this transaction. All tours are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control. If the tour company cancels the tour you will receive a refund.

Media Related Concerns
Occasionally media outlets will run stories related to travel which can cause concerns among client's who have booked a trip with Paradise Vacations LLC. Stories related to sickness, alcohol poisoning, violence or other situations are not cause to receive a refund after the refund period has ended. Please make sure you are committed to travel on the dates you requested prior to booking your trip.

Damages and Theft
You agree that you are fully responsible for ANY damages, loss of property or theft of items belonging to the property during your scheduled check in to check out time. You should use caution when inviting guests to your rental property as you are responsible for the actions of anyone who you allow access/entry to the property. A $500 - $1000 deposit will be required prior to check in and will be returned within 3 business days after the property has passed inspection at check out. In the event of damages, loss of property or the need for excessive cleaning, some or all of the deposit will be waived to cover these expenses. You agree to cover additional charges if damages or property loss exceeds the $500 - $1000 deposit.

Liability Waiver and Release
If you choose to participate in any tours you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Some tours are considered dangerous and could result in property damage, injury or death. You agree to hold Paradise Vacations LLC. and its vendors harmless against all demands, claims or liability resulting from such property damage, injury or death. You agree to share these terms and conditions with all persons participating in this vacation package and that they agree to said terms and conditions as a condition of going on this trip.
